Jessica Bottensek, MBA, is the Director of Product Management at Target, focusing on Fulfillment Capabilities that enable Drive Up, Order Pickup, and Ship From Store. With extensive experience in enterprise IT Management, Scrum, and Project Management, Jessica has a proven track record of delivering creative solutions that maximize customer value and organizational efficiency. Prior roles include leading projects as a Sr. Product Manager and as an Associate IT Project Manager, where Jessica demonstrated exceptional leadership and collaboration skills. Jessica holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they also serve as an Adjunct Lecturer.
