Jillian Ray

Jillian Ray is currently a Human Resources Business Partner at Target, where they focus on building trust and authentic relationships with their team while driving results. Previously, Jillian held various roles at Target, including Executive Team Lead in Human Resources, and served as Store Manager at Hollister Co. and General Manager at a different location under the same brand. They began their career in retail with Abercrombie & Fitch as an Assistant Manager and completed an internship with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Jillian earned a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University in 2014 and is also a Pure Barre Instructor.
