Jim Matchen

Jim Matchen, Ph.D., is the Director of Talent Management at Target, where they lead the creation of talent assessment and selection strategies. Previously, Jim served as a Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant in Talent Assessment at Target, executing strategies and designing assessment tools to support leadership and enterprise needs. Their early career includes roles as an Organizational Behavior Course Instructor at the University of Missouri - St. Louis and various positions at Anheuser-Busch Companies, where they developed assessment centers and selection tools. Jim holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri - St. Louis.
