Joanna Henning

Joanna Henning is a Project Manager at Target, specializing in the food and beverage supply chain. Joanna has an extensive background in strategic sourcing and project management within the food and feed production industries, with previous roles including Senior Project Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc., where they led significant cost-saving initiatives. Joanna has also served as a Radiation Safety Technician at the University of Minnesota, demonstrating leadership in procurement and waste inventory management. Currently, they are pursuing a BS in Applied Economics at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
