Joe Wehri, PCC, is an experienced professional in leadership development and executive coaching, currently serving as the Lead Consultant for Executive Development at Target since July 2006. In this role, Joe has designed a comprehensive onboarding ecosystem for new senior executives and has facilitated over 3,500 hours of leadership development courses for over 4,000 employees globally. Joe has a background in merchandise planning and analysis, having contributed to significant sales improvements and team recognition at Target. Additionally, Joe serves as a Leadership Coach at Optify, focusing on coaching outside the organizational context. Academic credentials include a BS in Biopsychology & Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan and a PCC certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
