John Willoughby

John Willoughby has held various leadership roles at Target since 2002, including Vice President positions in planning, business partnerships, negotiations, and merchandise analytics. Prior to their time at Target, John worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company and as a Plant Manager at Cleveland Track Material, Inc. John also served in the US Army as a Captain, where John trained as a Combat Engineer and completed Airborne and Army Ranger training. John holds a degree in Government from Harvard University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
