Jon Bjorkman

Jon Bjorkman is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Target since January 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing an Analytics and Software Development team comprised of open source Software Engineers, Service Managers, and a Scrum Master. Previous roles at Target include Senior Engineering Manager and Senior Project Manager, where significant contributions involved establishing an IT Service Catalog and developing service fulfillment processes for improved workflow and automation. Jon Bjorkman also has a background as a Systems Engineer and Infra Project Coordinator, focusing on IT security and compliance. Prior to Target, Jon Bjorkman worked as a Technology Coordinator at Executive Speaking, Inc., coordinating marketing campaigns and utilizing CRM tools. Jon Bjorkman holds a B.A. in Economics, Management, and Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
