Jonathan Beale is an experienced logistics and operations manager with a strong background in managing high-volume supply chain operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Logistics Yard Operations Manager at Target, Jonathan successfully launched a large flow center in Hampton, GA, and previously managed continuous improvement efforts at another Target facility in Chicago. Jonathan's extensive experience includes roles at Amazon, where responsibilities spanned daily fulfillment operations, and significant leadership positions within the US Army, overseeing transportation and logistics operations in both domestic and international settings. Additionally, Jonathan has held managerial roles in the logistics sector with DSC Logistics, Canadian Pacific Railway, CSX, and others, demonstrating a consistent focus on operational excellence and team leadership. Jonathan Beale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Georgia Southern University.
