Joon Kang

Joon Kang is currently an Executive Team Lead Logistics at Target, where they focus on developing and streamlining logistics routines to enhance the efficient delivery of goods. Previously, Joon served as an Executive Team Leader, leading a team of over 100 individuals to achieve financial and service-related goals and significantly improving guest satisfaction scores. Joon also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at the Beverly Hills Sports Council and Hands for Africa, utilizing social media strategies to engage with the public. Joon holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Pepperdine University, where they were involved in multiple leadership roles, including serving as an International Programs Ambassador and Resident Adviser.
