Joseph Jacobs

Joseph Jacobs is a seasoned operations professional currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager and previously as a Process Manager at Target since June 2012. In these roles, Joseph focuses on optimizing efficiency through the refinement of best practices, identifying synergy opportunities, and driving technological solutions aligned with enterprise objectives. Prior to this, Joseph worked as a Business Process Analyst at Target from June 2008 to June 2011, where responsibilities included the implementation and monitoring of compliance with best practices for a leading product development group. Joseph holds an ABD in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Arkansas.
