Joseph Mattera

Joseph Mattera is currently the Assets Protection Director at Target, where they focus on managing teams and strategies for loss prevention across multiple stores in the New York Metro Market. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Target, including Executive Team Leader in Operations and Sales Floor Operations, where they oversaw logistics and drove sales initiatives. Joseph's experience also includes a role as an Investigations Technician, where they collaborated with law enforcement and conducted investigations into theft. They completed internships with the Dutchess County SPCA and the Ulster County Probation Department, gaining valuable insights into law enforcement and community service. Joseph is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology at Marist College.
