Josh Baylor

Josh Baylor is an emerging HR leader who is passionate about people, performance, and purpose. They have held roles such as Store Associate at Academy Sports + Outdoors and entrepreneur at A&J Softwash, where they engaged clients through door-to-door sales. Currently, as the Executive Team Lead of Human Resources at Target, Josh leads HR operations for over 120 team members and partners with leadership to drive staffing strategies. They also serve as the Grant Writing and Outreach Coordinator for Klubs4Kids, successfully securing $20,000 in funding. Josh holds a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Science from The University of Georgia, where they also earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
