Josh Krier

Josh Krier is an experienced professional in engineering and operations management, currently serving as the Regional Engineering Director at Target since April 2012. In this role, Josh focuses on team development, talent growth, and succession planning. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Manager of Engineering & Facilities, Senior Engineering and Facilities Operations Manager, and Project Manager for Supply Chain Transformation. In these roles, Josh successfully managed production and staffing plans for Target's 2 million square foot Distribution Center, ensuring optimal service to 26 regional centers. Prior to Target, Josh held key positions at Pier 1 Imports, Total Employment and Management, and Ferguson Enterprises, gaining diverse experience in warehouse operations, team management, and compliance. Josh holds a B.S. in Psychology from Washington State University.
