Previously, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at Refactr LLC and held various engineering management positions at Target, where they focused on technology leadership. Josh also served as the CTO of Realief Neuropathy Centers from 2013 to 2018, contributing to the development of a proprietary treatment protocol. They hold a Master’s in Human Computer Interaction and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, both from Iowa State University.
