Currently serving as the Director of Front of Store Operations at Target, Jules leads multi-category strategies across the U.S. and Canada, driving enterprise transformation through operational excellence. Previously, Jules held multiple roles at Victoria's Secret & Co. and American Eagle Outfitters, managing store operations and communications. Having earned a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from the University of Guelph, Jules is trilingual and passionate about developing talent and fostering collaborative environments.
