Previously, Kaitlyn worked at Kohl's as a Physical Security Coordinator, where they directed large-scale security programs and managed capital innovation projects. With a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Marketing from UW-Whitewater, Kaitlyn is focused on deepening leadership influence and aligning operational strategy with long-term business goals.
