Karen Boser

Karen Boser is a Senior Director of Sales and Operations Planning at Target, a position held since 2023. Previously, they worked at Kohl's Department Stores as an Industrial Engineer and Sr. Productivity Analyst, among other roles. Karen began their career in 2010 at Kohl's as an Industrial Engineer Intern and later served as a Campus Ambassador. They are pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
