Karen Rollins

Karen Rollins has worked in retail since 2005, beginning as a sales associate at Ocean State Job Lot, where they advanced to the role of store team leader, managing one of the highest profited stores in the district. They served as a certified trainer for leaders and on equipment such as pallet jacks. Currently, Karen is an Executive Team Leader of Specialty Sales at Target. They hold certifications in food safety and CPR, and prioritize team morale and internal growth.
