Kate Nelson is an accomplished executive development consultant and facilitator with extensive experience in leadership and marketing analytics. From 2010 to 2016, they held various roles at Target, including Director of Marketing Analytics and Director of Executive Coaching & Development, where they designed and facilitated programs for high-potential leaders. Currently, Kate serves as a founding member of Impact100 Twin Cities and an associate member of the Institute of Coaching. They possess a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eckerd College, a Yoga Teacher Training certification, and are an ICF-certified coach.
