Kate Thurlow has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Lead Executive Recruiter at Target since September 2011. In this role, Kate is responsible for staffing key positions such as Store Directors and Executive Team Leaders. Prior to this, Kate held positions as a Senior Recruiter focusing on the Owned Brand Product Design & Management team and recruiting Buyers across various categories. Earlier experience includes roles as Lead HR Specialist, Senior Staffing Specialist, and Corporate Security Technician at Centre Inc. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Minnesota State University Moorhead, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
