Katelyn Heinen

Katelyn Heinen, MBA, is currently the Senior Standardization Manager at Target, where they have held various roles since 2019, including Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager. Prior to Target, Katelyn gained valuable experience as a Supply Chain Operations Associate Supervisor at PepsiCo and a Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern at AGCO Corporation. Katelyn also completed internships at Nestlé and contributed as a Resident Assistant while pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering at Kansas State University. They are currently furthering their education with a Master of Business Administration in Operations and Supply Chain Management at California State University, Fullerton.
