Katherine E. G.

Katherine E. G. is currently the Director Counsel for Litigation at Target, a position they have held since 2022, after serving as Director Counsel for Regulatory, Operations, and Investigations from 2016 to 2022. Prior to joining Target, Katherine worked at Anadarko Petroleum as a Senior Attorney from 2012 to 2016, and held associate roles at Mayer Brown LLP and Sidley Austin from 2006 to 2012. They earned a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law (2006), an MA from the University of Chicago (2002), and a BA in German Studies and Philosophy from Wellesley College (2000).
