Katie Broughton

Katie Broughton, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently a Senior Manager in Lease Accounting and External Financial Reporting at Target since May 2022, Katie previously worked at CSX between July 2013 and May 2022, where responsibilities included Property Accounting Manager, Senior Project Accountant, Corporate Accountant, and Compliance Analyst. Earlier in the career, Katie served as a Corporate Staff Accountant at Fidelity National Financial and completed internships at CSX and FL’s First Coast of YMCA, gaining hands-on experience in purchasing, accounts payable, billing, and internal audit functions. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Florida.
