Katie Edwards

Katie Edwards, MS, has extensive experience in behavioral therapy and diversity and inclusion in corporate settings. At the Minnesota Autism Center, Katie served as Lead Therapist and Behavior Therapist, focusing on implementing behavioral programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Following that, Katie worked as a Diversity Specialist at DAHL Consulting for Target Corporation, synthesizing research to support diversity strategies. At Target, Katie progressed to Senior Diversity & Inclusion HR Business Partner, managing employee resource groups and external partnerships. Currently, Katie serves as Lead Investigator at Target, handling complex workplace allegations. Katie holds an M.S. in Community Psychology from St. Cloud State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Saint Thomas.
