Katie Eggen

Katie Eggen is a strategic finance professional currently serving as a Senior Manager in FP&A at Target, where they support initiatives within the Owned Brands organization. As a participant in Target's Financial Leadership Development Program, Katie gains extensive exposure to finance and business operations. Previously, they contributed to corporate strategy and engineering at 3M, managing significant capital investments and leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, combining an analytical approach with a passion for optimizing financial performance.
