Katie Lampi

Katie Lampi is an experienced food safety professional with a common sense approach to policy development focusing on guest protection. Previously, they served as the Environmental Health Specialist at San Diego State University and held multiple positions in the City of Minneapolis, including Senior Health Inspector and Health Inspector II. They have also worked as a Food Safety Regulation Specialist at Jack in the Box and currently hold the title of FESQA Program Lead in Store Regulatory Compliance at Target. Katie obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota, Morris, and a Master of Science in Regulatory Science from SDSU Regulatory Affairs.
