Katy Herchson

Katy Herchson is currently a Senior Manager in Responsible Sourcing, Policy & Governance - Human Rights at Target. With a Master's Degree in Strategic Management and Humanitarian Aid from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, Katy has extensive experience in the human rights and humanitarian fields. Previously, Katy worked as a Senior Program Officer at Physicians for Human Rights, where they led the MediCapt project and managed a multi-million dollar grant portfolio. Katy has also served in various roles with organizations such as the Danish Refugee Council, International Rescue Committee, and Amnesty International USA, always focusing on leveraging data and collaboration for social impact.
