Kay Wood

Kay Wood, MA, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and operations, having held various leadership roles at Target and Desert Mountain Properties. They began their career as an HR Assistant and progressed to positions such as HR Manager and Director, where they managed large teams and budgets while driving strategic HR initiatives and process improvements. Kay earned a BSBA in Business with a focus on Human Resources from Northern Arizona University and a Master's in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Currently, Kay is participating in the Women's Leadership Program at Yale School of Management.
