Kelli Beard

Kelli Beard is a Lead HR Specialist with a strong background in human resources management and client support. They previously worked at Target, where they executed various tasks throughout the employee life cycle and acted as a pivotal point of contact for approximately 600 team members. Kelli has also served as a Retirement Account Specialist at Wells Fargo, where they managed customer inquiries and account transactions. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
