Kevin Noe

Kevin Noe, PHR, is an accomplished Human Resources Manager currently serving as an Executive Team Leader at Target, where they focus on cultivating a high-performance culture that values team members and guests. With a background in multi-unit retail operations, Kevin previously held the role of General Manager at Best Buy, enhancing team collaboration and customer satisfaction. They developed strategic HR partnerships at Amazon as a Human Resources Business Partner and began their career as a Parks & Recreation Program Coordinator with the Village of South Elgin. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Strayer University and is currently pursuing a PHR certification from Cornell University.
