Kim Arps is a seasoned professional in creative production design with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Creative Production Design at Target since April 2019, Kim has held multiple titles within the company, including Senior Production Designer and Production Designer. In addition to work at Target, Kim has been the Designer and Owner of Clear Night Creative since May 2008, providing services in creative direction, branding, and experiential design. Prior freelance experience includes a position as Senior Production Designer for notable retailers such as Crate & Barrel and Sephora, from March 2015 to April 2019. Earlier in the career, from January 2011 to July 2016, Kim worked at St. Croix Harley-Davidson as Designer and Marketing Manager, developing marketing strategies and materials. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design and Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
