Kimberly Doyle

Kimberly Doyle is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in health benefits and total rewards operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Health Benefits and Well-being at Target since June 2022, Kimberly leads the strategy for team member health initiatives. Prior to this role, Kimberly spent over a decade at Nike, where advancements included managing global compensation and benefits for 75,000 employees and spearheading innovative programs such as an untracked PTO initiative in the Netherlands, which enhanced employee satisfaction. With a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Vanderbilt University, Kimberly combines educational expertise with a proven track record in employee benefits strategy and program design.
