Kris Quale, ACC, MBA, is a strategy consultant and principal coach at Quale Consulting, LLC, where they leverage their expertise in portfolio and project management. With a robust background in merchandising, product development, and sourcing, Kris has demonstrated leadership in managing multi-million dollar brands and directing product development teams to execute strategic business plans.
