Kyle Rice is an experienced Human Resources professional and store manager with over 16 years in the retail industry. They currently serve as the Executive Team Lead Human Resources at Target and previously worked as a Human Resources Manager at Manchester Tank and Equipment. Having held various roles at Walmart, including Store Manager, Kyle was responsible for day-to-day operations and financial performance. They also spent several years as a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's, handling staffing, engagement, and employee relations. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Southeast Missouri State University.
