Kyle Van Pelt is an experienced retail leader with a proven track record in the big box to mall-level retail and grocery industries. They held several key positions, including General Manager at Old Navy from 2019 to 2022 and Store Director at Target from 2022 to 2023, where they demonstrated expertise in operations management, team leadership, and customer service. In addition to these roles, Kyle developed skills in omni-channel results and process improvements while managing diverse teams and ensuring high operational standards. They began their career as a Grocery Clerk at ShopRite Supermarkets from 2008 to 2010 and pursued studies in Business Administration at Rowan College at Burlington County.
