Kylee Gause

Kylee Gause is an accomplished Store Director with extensive experience in the retail sector, having led a $54 million store and supervised multiple team leaders at Target. Previously, Kylee served as a General Merchandise Team Lead and Food and Beverage Executive Team Lead, successfully managing departments and achieving top rankings. In addition to their retail experience, Kylee held roles as a Teaching Assistant at Suffolk University and a Research Assistant at Emmanuel College, where they earned two Master's degrees in Business Analytics and Marketing. Kylee holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Emmanuel College and began their educational journey at East Coweta High School.
