Lamija Miltsch

Lamija Miltsch is currently the Lead Consultant for HR Policy and Compliance at Target, where they oversee initiatives across Stores, Distribution, and HQ. With previous experience as a Distribution Human Resources Business Partner, Lamija facilitated the opening of a Distribution Center and managed the onboarding of over 800 team members. They also held various roles within Target, including Human Resources Business Partner and Executive Team Leader, where they led HR operations and drove team engagement across multiple locations. Lamija earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the State University of New York Institute of Technology at Utica/Rome.
