Lance Andries is the Lead Executive Recruiter at Target AI and Data Sciences, focusing on building a diverse and innovative team for advanced algorithms. They have extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Since 2018, Lance has partnered with Target's global leadership to address key initiatives in areas such as Supply Chain Optimization and Computer Vision. They previously held various recruiting roles at Target and The Schwan Food Company. Lance is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
