Lara Hendlin

Lara Hendlin is the Senior Director of Store Design and Store Planning at Target, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, Lara served as Director of Store Design and Guest Experience, where they led design strategy and development while fostering a diverse and inclusive team culture. With a background that includes significant responsibilities in store planning and design management, Lara has been instrumental in aligning stakeholder objectives and executing design initiatives across Target's extensive portfolio. Lara earned a BA in Architecture from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2006.
