Lauren Duncan has extensive experience in human resources with a career at Target that began in May 2005. Initially serving as Campus Liaison and Executive Intern, Lauren progressed to roles as Executive Team Leader - Human Resources and Human Resource Business Partner, ultimately becoming Human Resources Director in July 2006. A graduate of Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, earned in 2006.
