Lauren Gaffney

Lauren Gaffney is currently a Store Director at Target, where they have held various leadership roles, including Executive Team Leader in areas such as Human Resources, Salesfloor, and Guest Experience. Lauren began their professional journey as a Telephone Interviewer at the Marist Institute for Public Opinion and later worked as a Cashier at Uncle Louie G's Ice Cream and Italian Ices. They completed an Executive Internship at Target in 2014, which laid the groundwork for their subsequent leadership positions within the company. Lauren also gained experience as a Web Development/Marketing Intern at The Studiodog Group and as a Division Head at Scarsdale Recreation. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Marist College.
