Leana Maxwell has extensive experience in cyber defense and risk management, currently holding the position of Director of Cyber Defense for Fraud & Abuse Investigations at Target since April 2016. Her previous roles at Target include Director of Cyber Defense for Internal Fraud & Abuse, Sr. Manager of Tech for Cyber Defense, and Sr. Manager of Credit Internal Risk Operations. Leana's background also includes positions at Victoria's Secret as Brand Delivery/Operations Manager and Kohls Department Stores as Assistant Store Manager. Beginning a career at Target as Executive Team Leader-Stores, Leana possesses strong operational and management skills. Leana earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University.
