Lilyan Carter

Lilyan Carter is a Junior pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Currently serving as the Lead Career Peer Advisor since September 2022, Lilyan assists undergraduate students with professional development by reviewing and revising documentation, while also providing team support for initiatives. Concurrently, Lilyan works as a General Merchandise Associate at Target, maintaining inventory and enhancing customer experience through store organization and team collaboration on floor remodels. Previously, as a Human Resources Summer Intern at UCOR in 2025, Lilyan managed recruitment tasks, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance auditing of employee records.
