Lisa Cichonski

Lisa Cichonski has extensive experience in the retail sector, currently serving as the Executive Team Leader for Service and Engagement at Target since September 2016, after a noteworthy tenure at Meijer and Dominicks. At Target, Lisa oversees all food-related operations and leads a dedicated team. Prior to joining Target, Lisa held various roles at Meijer, including General Merchandise Line Leader and Night Store Line Leader, while also participating in the Store Director Development Program. Earlier in the career, Lisa worked at Safeway as a Floral Field Merchandiser, where responsibilities included coaching and developing a team of Floral Department managers.
