Louise Casey

Louise Casey currently serves as the Executive Team Lead of Human Resources at Target since April 2020, overseeing over 200 team members in a high-volume store while managing payroll, recruiting, and mentoring interns. Prior experience includes a role as General Manager at Talbots where responsibilities focused on exceptional customer service and talent recruitment. Additional roles at Talbots include Acting General Manager and Sales Manager, as well as serving as a Customer Service Manager, training and developing a team of 30 employees. Louise has also taken time off to raise three children while supporting a military spouse. Educational background includes multiple certificates and degrees in psychology and homeland security from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Human Resource Certificate from Cornell Online.
