Lucas Power currently serves as the Director of Process Operations, Planning, and Design at Target, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Lucas held various managerial roles at Amazon from March 2016 to January 2022, including Senior Manager of Program Management for WHS, ACES, and Process Engineering, as well as roles as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Process Engineer. Earlier experience at Target from 2011 to 2016 includes the role of Executive Team Leader. Lucas began a career in law enforcement as a Police Officer with the St. Anthony Police Department from 2010 to 2011. Lucas earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of St. Thomas in 2010.
