Maddy Carmel

Maddy Carmel is currently an Executive Team Lead in Human Resources at Target, overseeing the San Bruno location. Maddy earned a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising Management with a minor in Business from Oregon State University, where they developed leadership skills through internships and extracurricular activities. Prior to this role, Maddy served as a Retail Management Intern at Nordstrom, where they contributed to motivating teams and executing brand visions. Maddy has also held various management positions at Target, successfully implementing sales strategies and enhancing team efficiency.
