Mallory Grey

Mallory Grey is the Executive Team Leader of Human Resources at Target, where they advocate for employee needs while ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal policies. Previously, Mallory held various leadership roles, including Store Manager and Talent Scout at Torrid, and gained extensive experience in human resources at Belk and other retailers. Mallory's career has been marked by a commitment to promoting a fair working environment and providing equitable experiences for all employees. They are currently pursuing a degree at East Tennessee State University.
