Mark Williams

Mark Williams is an experienced Senior Human Resources professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Target since October 2007, Mark has performed HR Generalist duties across various business areas, including Financial Planning, Tax, and Marketing, among others. Prior to Target, Mark held the position of Human Resources Consultant at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, providing HR leadership for a substantial sales team. Mark's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Northwest Airlines, where responsibilities included managing HR staff and developing retention plans, and as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities, focusing on policy drafting and staffing for a large employee base. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies and a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior Studies from Baylor University.
