Marlo Haugen

Marlo Haugen is an accomplished Senior Designer with extensive experience in retail and interior design. Currently employed at Target since August 2016, Marlo has previously held the role of Lead Store Planner at Ross Stores, Inc. from July 2014 to July 2016, where responsibilities included developing fixture plans and managing new store projects. Prior to that, Marlo worked as a Store Planner at Target, where significant contributions included managing large-scale retrofit projects and training international teams. Early career experience includes positions at AECOM, BWBR Architects, Gordon Hall & Associates, Hayward Area Recreation & Park District, and Studios Architecture, where Marlo demonstrated strong design capabilities across various sectors, including healthcare and high-end residential projects. Marlo Haugen holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design & Interiors from Syracuse University.
